Aikido Center of New Castle is dedicated to the highest quality of instruction in the Japanese martial art of Aikido in a safe, noncompetetive environment. Founded in 1971 by Andrew Demko Shihan (7th dan) and Pat Demko (4th dan), the Aikido Center of New Castle is an active member of the United States Aikido Federation, under the direction of Yoshimitsu Yamada Shihan (8th dan), a direct student of the founder of Aikido, Morehei Ueshiba.
